About the opportunity

Are you a dynamic sales leader with the vision to drive growth across the Asia-Pacific region? We’re looking for an Asia Pacific Business Development Manager (APAC BDM) to lead the charge in expanding Enatel’s Motive segment. About the opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to help shape and build our IoT platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing secure and scalable cloud solutions that enable real-time IoT device connectivity using MQTT, seamless integration with third-party APIs, and advanced analytics through user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate has experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (though AWS or GCP is also valuable), and a strong background in scalable system design, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our Marketing team and support our business by coordinating global product marketing initiatives.  Interested?

About the opportunity

As Director of Marketing, reporting to the General Manager and member of the Enatel Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the Enatel’s long term strategic plan by driving and promoting new product development, promoting existing product lines, and implementing the global marketing strategy.

Along with coordinating global product marketing initiatives (for B2B), the Director of Marketing will:

  • Align with the business strategy and define the areas needed to grow supported by data, market research and voice of the customer.
  • Analyse data across market segments and competitor research to inform the marketing strategy.
  • Identify threats and growth opportunities and formulate data-driven plans around new markets, competitors, and technology shifts.
  • Identify the target audience and value proposition for the brand and build the story for the market.
  • Be responsible for promoting products or services, developing sales tools, building awareness, and driving customer and end user engagement.
  • Lead the annual marketing plan and budget development across market segment managers and Digital Centre of Excellence teams.
  • Define solid business cases for our strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee market sizing and forecasting.
  • Create New Product Development initiatives that are reflective of the marketing strategy, engineering resourcing and budgeting, sales competitiveness and aligned with voice of customer.

About the opportunity

As Power Conversion and Hardware Lead, you will use your technical expertise, experience and leadership to support the development of market leading power conversion technology for Enatel’s new and existing stationary and motive power markets.

Critically you will lead a team of talented hardware and power conversion developers to continue to offer world class power electronics design and hardware, together with architecting and maintaining our development environments, supporting our validation programmes, but importantly lead our R&D efforts to provide compelling product offerings.

You will provide leadership, coaching, support, and development of team members in the power conversion and hardware team. This includes aligning, motivating, and inspiring our next generation of engineers.

The Power Conversion and Hardware Lead will work with their peers across the Engineering function (and wider) to assist in architecting our products and solutions.

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally be a analytical thinker with a global perspective on technology trends, an effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. We are also looking for someone who has:

  • Around 10+ years proven experience in power electronics development. Embedded hardware development experience is advantageous.
  • Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong technical expertise in power conversion technologies, topologies, and component design.
  • Designing and building power electronics-based solutions that have been delivered to customers on time, to budget and to the required quality standards (includes scope).
  • National and international regulatory frameworks including UL, RCM, CE, CEC, FCC and CB as well European directives (low-voltage, EMC, RED).
  • Electronics design, including the ability to understand and navigate electrical schematics
  • Design for EMC and design for manufacture.
  • Hardware test and monitoring tools (oscilloscope, spectrum analyser and power meters).
  • Agile development tools and techniques including scrum and Kanban.
  • Configuration management and change control.
  • Ability to take a project from significant uncertainty in the early discovery phases through product launch.

As Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive initiatives to improve stock accuracy, optimal inventory level and reducing slow moving and obsolete inventory.  Along with developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, you will:

  • Determine key Supply Chain KPIs, aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Working closely with Procurement team to ensure data accuracy and optimal ERP system set up for smooth operations

  • Ensure raw material supply to production is on time, aiming for zero downtime

  • Support NPI projects, provide information related to material supply and recommend strategy for an effective and resilient supply chain

 About you

We are looking for a highly experienced procurement leader who brings expertise, creativity, and determination to solve complex problems and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international procurement setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing and mentoring procurement teams to drive performance and results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ERP systems, with strong technical skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and contract management expertise, able to navigate complex discussions and secure optimal outcomes.
