About the opportunity

As Financial Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide financial reporting and insightful information whilst being responsible for core Financial Accounting and being involved in developing your commercial analysis skills in a fast-paced, technology business.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all transactional duties relating to the Accounts Receivable process are fulfilled.
  • Assist with credit limit management and ensure compliance with policy is appropriately achieved.
  • Assist in delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts for multiple entities.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in contributing to the monthly SLT report with regards to actual financial reporting and statutory requirements as appropriate.
  • Contribute, in conjunction with the Finance Manager, to the presentations to the Group and Senior Leadership on CAPEX proposals and associated risks and benefits.
  • Fixed asset register maintenance and depreciation.
  • Assist managers to provide financial justification around the delegated levels of authority, especially when Group approval is required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting related disciplines and professional accounting accreditation – CA, CPA or equivalent.  You’re also likely to have 5-10 years’ experience in a finance role in a complex business with experience in partnering with managers at an executive level.

About the opportunity

The Product Manager is a key role, responsible for managing Enatel products from conception to end of life.

The primary purpose of the Product Manager is to understand key Enatel markets and customers, ensure Enatel has the right products on its roadmap for future development, to coordinate optimisation and where necessary, end of life of existing products and portfolios.

About the opportunity

We are looking for action orientated individuals that have the functional and technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing to support the running of the SMT machines ensuring quality standards are met and targets are achieved,

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operation of SMT machines.
  • SMT Machine Maintenance.
  • Inspection of assembled product for faults.
  • Notifying Store Controller of installation of the last reel of any part (except customer supplied parts).
  • Monitor solder paste and consumables inventory.
  • General production duties when existing responsibilities are complete, or when a production overload situation exists, and temporary production manpower is required.
  • Inspection of finished products (PCB) and fault analysis of SMT equipment.

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous SMT experience.

About the opportunity

As Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive initiatives to improve stock accuracy, optimal inventory level and reducing slow moving and obsolete inventory.  Along with developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, you will:

  • Determine key Supply Chain KPIs, aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Working closely with Procurement team to ensure data accuracy and optimal ERP system set up for smooth operations
  • Negotiating contracts, costs and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Ensure raw material supply to production is on time, aiming for zero downtime
  • Communicate with suppliers, expedite material supply when required.
  • Analyse data and information to remove waste from the system and processes
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes
  • Drive our cycle counting processes and ensure best practise and accuracy
  • Support NPI projects, provide information related to material supply and recommend strategy for an effective and resilient supply chain

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in an international procurement environment, with 2 years’ proven experience in leading a procurement team.

As a member of the Test and Compliance team, you will develop and maintain high quality verification processes and test plans across multiple products and product families, including verification of functionality, use (user experience) and maintainability.

You will be assisting in the successful growth of Enatel business by ensuring that our customers are supplied with the best products and service while:

  • Scope, plan and undertake validation testing on Enatel’s electromechanical products.
  • Support directly with Enatel’s validation strategy and test tool and test environment development, including automation.
  • Participating as a key contributor in the release testing process of Enatel’s software products.
  • Understand user needs, align with different stakeholders, study systems flow and integration, define required work processes, and investigate any problem areas.
  • Ensure all products are at a customer service/quality level that will delight this market segment.

About you

In order to be successful in this role you will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in a related function is required with a technical background. Passionate about producing high quality products and well versed in the automation of tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. If you are someone who can leverage their practical, hands-on-experience to complete tasks from discovery phases through to product launch then this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Process knowledge including quality, NPI and development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Safety-First approach resolution to problems.
  • Experience with any programming language/framework (e.g. LabView, TestStand, Selenium, Python)
