We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our Marketing team and support our business by coordinating global product marketing initiatives.  Interested?

About the opportunity

As Director of Marketing, reporting to the General Manager and member of the Enatel Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the Enatel’s long term strategic plan by driving and promoting new product development, promoting existing product lines, and implementing the global marketing strategy.

Along with coordinating global product marketing initiatives (for B2B), the Director of Marketing will:

  • Align with the business strategy and define the areas needed to grow supported by data, market research and voice of the customer.
  • Analyse data across market segments and competitor research to inform the marketing strategy.
  • Identify threats and growth opportunities and formulate data-driven plans around new markets, competitors, and technology shifts.
  • Identify the target audience and value proposition for the brand and build the story for the market.
  • Be responsible for promoting products or services, developing sales tools, building awareness, and driving customer and end user engagement.
  • Lead the annual marketing plan and budget development across market segment managers and Digital Centre of Excellence teams.
  • Define solid business cases for our strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee market sizing and forecasting.
  • Create New Product Development initiatives that are reflective of the marketing strategy, engineering resourcing and budgeting, sales competitiveness and aligned with voice of customer.
  • Own the new product roadmap for Enatel

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally a tertiary education in a related field with a minimum of 10 years product management and/or marketing experience.  Considered an expert in your field, your strong leadership capability and proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability through marketing excellence, will set you apart as the high-performance candidate we’re looking for in this role.  Naturally determined with demonstrated business acumen you will have the agility to be successful in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As the Mechanical and PCB Team Lead, you will own the delivery of exceptional mechanical and PCB designs, while nurturing your team’s skills to support critical product developments and enhance our existing portfolio. About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally be a analytical thinker, an effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. We are also looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years proven experience in PCB and/or mechanical design.
  • Degree in electrical / electronic engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent vocational training.
  • Experience in scheduling staff across multiple activities, managing schedules and budgets.
  • Designing PCBs that have been delivered to customers on time, to budget and to the required quality standards
  • Electrical schematic and PCB development design rule regimes including creepage and clearance, thermal assessment, component selection and management, BOM creation and project management techniques.
  • Proven deep design experience with SolidWorks or similar design package.
  • Proven design experience with Altium or similar design package.
  • A solid understanding of design for EMC and design for manufacture.
  • Design for safety compliance especially UL and EU standards.
  • Agile development tools and techniques including scrum and Kanban.

About the opportunity

As Power Conversion and Hardware Lead, you will use your technical expertise, experience and leadership to support the development of market leading power conversion technology for Enatel’s new and existing stationary and motive power markets.

Critically you will lead a team of talented hardware and power conversion developers to continue to offer world class power electronics design and hardware, together with architecting and maintaining our development environments, supporting our validation programmes, but importantly lead our R&D efforts to provide compelling product offerings.

You will provide leadership, coaching, support, and development of team members in the power conversion and hardware team. This includes aligning, motivating, and inspiring our next generation of engineers.

The Power Conversion and Hardware Lead will work with their peers across the Engineering function (and wider) to assist in architecting our products and solutions.

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally be a analytical thinker with a global perspective on technology trends, an effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. We are also looking for someone who has:

  • Around 10+ years proven experience in power electronics development. Embedded hardware development experience is advantageous.
  • Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong technical expertise in power conversion technologies, topologies, and component design.
  • Designing and building power electronics-based solutions that have been delivered to customers on time, to budget and to the required quality standards (includes scope).
  • National and international regulatory frameworks including UL, RCM, CE, CEC, FCC and CB as well European directives (low-voltage, EMC, RED).
  • Electronics design, including the ability to understand and navigate electrical schematics
  • Design for EMC and design for manufacture.
  • Hardware test and monitoring tools (oscilloscope, spectrum analyser and power meters).
  • Agile development tools and techniques including scrum and Kanban.
  • Configuration management and change control.
  • Ability to take a project from significant uncertainty in the early discovery phases through product launch.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.

About the opportunity

We are looking for action orientated individuals that have the functional and technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing to support the running of the SMT machines ensuring quality standards are met and targets are achieved,

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operation of SMT machines.
  • SMT Machine Maintenance.
  • Inspection of assembled product for faults.
  • Notifying Store Controller of installation of the last reel of any part (except customer supplied parts).
  • Monitor solder paste and consumables inventory.
  • General production duties when existing responsibilities are complete, or when a production overload situation exists, and temporary production manpower is required.
  • Inspection of finished products (PCB) and fault analysis of SMT equipment.

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous SMT experience.

About the opportunity

As Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive initiatives to improve stock accuracy, optimal inventory level and reducing slow moving and obsolete inventory.  Along with developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, you will:

  • Determine key Supply Chain KPIs, aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Working closely with Procurement team to ensure data accuracy and optimal ERP system set up for smooth operations
  • Negotiating contracts, costs and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Ensure raw material supply to production is on time, aiming for zero downtime
  • Communicate with suppliers, expedite material supply when required.
  • Analyse data and information to remove waste from the system and processes
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes
  • Drive our cycle counting processes and ensure best practise and accuracy
  • Support NPI projects, provide information related to material supply and recommend strategy for an effective and resilient supply chain

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in an international procurement environment, with 2 years’ proven experience in leading a procurement team.

As a Warehouse and Distribution Operator you will work in our Stores and Dispatch team and will play an important part in the day-to-day operation of our supply-chain.

About you

Ideally you will also have:

  • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal and listening.
  • Full, clean vehicle license
  • OSH endorsed forklift licence.
  • Physical strength for lifting and manual work.
  • Forklift licence and =2-year operational experience including on stand-up counterbalance Crown RC series is desirable
  • MPI – Approved Person Certified is desirable personal integrity, sound judgement and an honest, ethical approach.

Monday-Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
